I’ve made a purchase but I wasn’t given my items. What happened?

All purchases are made through the iTunes or Google store and are assigned to your account where we have no control over this. With any questions regarding credit purchases via iTunes or Google, please contact them. If you still wish to submit an inquiry regarding your purchases, please provide the date and amount of purchase and any transaction records you may have to our customer support team and they will try their best to help you out.
